The Cellar Bar reopens in the candle-lit basement of the group’s newest venture, The Imperial. Originally opened in 2014 by the owners of the acclaimed Jack Rose Dining Saloon, the new space retains much of the cozy, intimate feel of the former cellar. The bar room has evolved to triple in size accommodating 50-75 guests both seated and standing, snacking & full dining are encouraged. A 20 seat fireplace nook has been added with comfortable banquette dining & cocktail tables. Lastly, a whisk(e)y “Showquarium” houses over 100 bottles featuring Jack Rose Dining Saloon proprietary barrel selections.
